We hand out snacks and drinks after each game day. On our first game day (April 10), please bring 10 snacks and drinks for each player you have registered to contribute to the snack/drink bin.

Trainings and games are held at the lower field area at C3 church, 150 Gage Blvd, Richland, WA. All events are scheduled in the SportsEngine calendar with location, link to the field map, and a description for which field your player will be on for that session. The field assignments will not necessarily be the same every week, so please make sure you check the schedule before coming. If you are not able to make it one day, please use the SportsEngine schedule to RSVP that you cannot make it. This will help with field assignments for each day.

Our program follows the US Soccer Federation Player Development Initiatives utilizing small-sided games to develop improved skills with the ball and intelligence with and without the ball. Distinct team rosters and traditional game schedules are not used. Our program has everyone train and play as a pool of players. This allows players to train and play with a variety of other kids based on numbers, ability, age, etc, providing variety and different challenges throughout the season for your player to develop.

Games are set as 4v4 small-sided games with modified soccer rules to maximize player participation and engagement. Coaches manage the game environment using their best judgment in lieu of having a referee.

COVID Protocols

With Benton County being in Phase 3, all staff, volunteers, and spectators are required to wear masks at all times at the field. Players must wear masks during training, but can remove their masks when actively competing in a match against another team. Players must still wear masks while on the sideline waiting to play. Please ensure you and your players are wearing masks when exiting your vehicle and walking onto the field.

Please limit the number of people that observe trainings and games. State guidance has restricted outdoor facilities to 25% capacity. To accomodate having all players, volunteers, and coaches in one location, please limit spectators to 2 people per player until we receive any further guidance indicating we can have more people at the field.

To facilitate social distancing needs, parents and spectators should observe from the outermost sidelines of the field area, while coaches and players are towards in the innermost sidelines of the field area. Avoid sitting behind the goal line of the fields.
